Hacettepe University Faculty of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is the first physical therapy and rehabilitation faculty in Turkey. Established in 1961, as the first Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department established in our country, the Department, which gave its first graduates in 1965, became a faculty in 2019. The Faculty, with its education, research and application units, prosthesis-orthotics workshop, which have an important place not only in Turkey but also in the world, has been in the first place among the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Departments of all universities in Turkey since the day it was founded. The education language of the Faculty, whose education period is 4 years, is Turkish.
