The student dormitories operated by the Department of Health, Culture and Sports provide accommodation for 4,177 students on the Beytepe Campus and 2,020 students on the Sıhhiye Campus, with a total capacity of 2,289 rooms. The dormitories also include canteens where students can purchase items to meet their basic needs.

Sıhhiye Campus Male Student Dormitory

The dormitory has 112 rooms and a total capacity of 448 beds. Each student is provided with a wardrobe, a study desk and a bookcase. Each room also has a shared mini-refrigerator and shoe cabinet.

A laundry room equipped with fully automatic washing machines and dryers is available for students. The dormitory also includes a dental laboratory for Dentistry students, study rooms, internet and computer rooms, as well as 24-hour hot water.

Sıhhiye Campus Female Student Dormitory

The dormitory has 352 rooms and a total capacity of 1,232 beds. It includes a canteen, study rooms, a laundry room, an ironing room, computer rooms and a dental laboratory for Dentistry students. Hot water is available 24 hours a day.

Each student is provided with a bed, wardrobe, study desk and bookcase. Each room also has a shared mini-refrigerator and shoe cabinet.

Beytepe Campus Male Student Dormitory

The dormitory consists of Blocks C, D and E and has 349 rooms with a total capacity of 1,396 beds. Entry to and exit from the dormitory are managed through turnstiles operated with smart student ID cards and monitored by an automated security system.

The rooms are designed for four students and are equipped with a bed, wardrobe, study desk and bookcase for each student. Each room also has a shared mini-refrigerator and shoe cabinet.

Shared washroom areas on each floor include toilets and bathrooms with shower cabins and hot water. Communal facilities include kitchens, laundry rooms, ironing rooms and study rooms. Students also have access to a 24-hour internet connection.

The interior of the building is cleaned daily in accordance with hygiene standards and the established cleaning programme, using appropriate cleaning products.

Beytepe Campus Female Student Dormitory

Located in the Süleyman Sağlam Student Village on Hacettepe University’s Beytepe Campus, the dormitory consists of Blocks A and B. It has 232 rooms and provides accommodation for a total of 928 students.

The dormitory operates 24 hours a day on a shift system. Entry and exit are managed through turnstiles operated with smart student ID cards. Security is maintained through an automated camera surveillance system and an adequate number of University security personnel.

The rooms are designed for four students and are equipped with a bed, wardrobe, study desk, bookcase and mini-refrigerator for each student. Shared washroom areas on each floor include toilets, while hot water is available 24 hours a day in bathrooms with shower cabins.

Communal facilities include shared kitchens, laundry rooms, ironing rooms, study rooms and wireless internet access. The interior of the building is cleaned daily in accordance with hygiene standards and the established cleaning programme, using appropriate cleaning products.

Students may prepare their own meals in the shared kitchens or use the dormitory canteen, which serves both male and female students.

Student Houses

Located on both campuses, the Student Houses have a total capacity of 1,923 beds. The rooms are designed to provide students with a comfortable, home-like environment in which to study.

Each room includes a bathroom, toilet, bed, bookcase, study desk, wardrobes and refrigerator, as well as designated spaces for a computer and television.

Hot water is available at all times. Each Student House also includes reading and television lounges, dining areas with open kitchens on every floor, washing machines, dryers and ironing facilities. Postgraduate students may also apply to stay in the Student Houses.

Guest House 1

Guest House 1 has a capacity of 124 beds and offers single and double rooms for students. Each room includes a bed with built-in storage, wardrobe, study desk and mini-refrigerator.

Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. Hot water, Wi-Fi and wired internet access are available 24 hours a day. Shared facilities include a laundry room and kitchen.

Guest House 2

Guest House 2 has a capacity of 146 beds and offers single, double and triple rooms for students. Each room includes a bed with built-in storage, wardrobe, study desk and mini-refrigerator.

Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. Hot water, Wi-Fi and wired internet access are available 24 hours a day. Shared facilities include a laundry room and kitchen.

Private Dormitories

The two privately operated dormitories located on the Beytepe Campus have a combined capacity of 1,050 beds.
